1. General Use
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the ML Soccer Coaching, LLC website and participation in our programs. By registering a child or accessing our services, you agree to these T&Cs.
2. Eligibility
Our programs are open to youth players who meet the age and ability requirements for each session. Parents or legal guardians must register minors.
3. Registration & Payment
Registration is completed through our website or approved forms.
Payment methods may include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods stated during registration.
ML Soccer Coaching, LLC reserves the right to adjust program offerings, schedules, and pricing at any time.
4. Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering my child to participate in ML Soccer Coaching programs, I acknowledge and understand the nature of the activities involved.
I confirm that my child is in good health and physical condition to take part in soccer training, practices, and games. I understand that participation in sports involves certain inherent risks, including the potential for injury, and I accept full responsibility for my child’s participation.
I further agree and warrant that if at anytime I believe conditions and the environment is unsafe, I will immediately contact ML Soccer Coaching, LLC. and discontinue further participation in the activity. I hereby expressly, unconditionally and irrevocably waive, release and discharge any claim or cause of action arising out of such injuries, losses or damages and covenant to defend, hold harmless and not sue ML Soccer Coaching, LLC., its respective administrators, employees, coaches, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and leasers of premises on which the activity takes place (each considered one of the Releasees herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses and/or damages.
I also consent that ML Soccer Coaching may photograph or record participants for use in promotional materials.
By allowing my child to participate, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Waiver & Release of Liability.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued if a program is cancelled by ML Soccer Coaching, LLC.
If a participant withdraws prior to the start of a program, refunds may be considered minus any administrative fees.
No refunds will be provided once a program has begun, except under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of ML Soccer Coaching, LLC.
6. First Aid & Safety
ML Soccer Coaching, LLC staff will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment. In the event of injury, basic first aid may be administered, and emergency services will be contacted if necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ML Soccer Coaching website, including logos, materials, and photographs, are the property of ML Soccer Coaching, LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Account Suspension or Cancellation
ML Soccer Coaching, LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel any registration or participation if a parent/guardian or participant violates these T&Cs or engages in conduct detrimental to the safety and well-being of others.
9. Amendments
ML Soccer Coaching, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
